Businesses who wish to sponsor a hole will have the opportunity to have their name prominently & professionally displayed on the tee of the sponsored hole. In addition the sponsor’s name will be included in the official programme. We will arrange for the sign to be made up with the correct logo colours and typestyle of the sponsor.
 
The object of the day is to raise as much money as possible for Shakespeare Hospice and Welcombe Hills School, and the full proceeds of the sponsorship will be passed to those organisations, together with entrance money over running costs.

Handicap allowance is 3/4 with a maximum of 21 (gross 28) for men and 27 for ladies
Ladies receive two extra shots & play off mens’ stroke index

Longest Drive 9th – the ball must finish on the fairway
Nearest the pin on the 10th
Double your money on the 2nd £5 per go, win £10 if your ball stops on the green from your tee shot (please do not donate winnings back – we would rather you bought an extra raffle ticket)
Jacket & tie required in the Clubhouse in the evening
No mobiles on the course
