Oktoberfest - What a wun der bar night it was

As you know, the Norton Lindsey Stilton Sniffers are quite an unusual bunch, who do things differently whilst having tried to have a bit of fun! So, it was fitting for us to host an Oktoberfest evening in November!
Over 100 people attended, many choosing to don the Bavarian bierkeller look!

We embraced the Oktoberfest with Steins of larger, sausages and sauerkraut and were entertained by a lively oompa band (https://www.oompahband.com/). There was a lot of rocking, swaying and raising of glasses!

The evening was Vonder-bar (German adjective. Wun der bar ˈvu̇n-dər-ˌbär. : wonderful)!

We raised an amazing £1,646 pounds on the night and a further £500 from the raffling of an advent calendar, kindly donated by a local resident, Tracy Heath. Thank you, Tracey!
