Sniffers in Multitasking Shock!

Not only was this a monthly meeting...this was also our AGM with lots of voting, accounting and organising to do! So the perfect time to test our multitasking skills to the full by inviting some lovely people along to give them some money!
The lovely people in question were Alison Stone from the Shakespeare's Hospice and Sally Barton-Bodley from the Warwickshire Young Carers.
Our Golf Day last September provided the £1,750 for the Hospice, it was a great day and the generosity of the teams and sponsors was amazing. Please have a look at the Golf Day page for a list of the sponsors.
For the Young Carers our village Carol Night was the fundraiser, and has been since 2006! Once again we must thank the villagers for their constant support on this great night, and the local businesses who donated so much.....and of course the pub. Just to prove that we are pretty unorganised in some respects, the cheque for the Carers is actually from our 2023 Carol Night, we got there in the end. The cheque from 2024 is for £2000 and will be delivered soon.
